Metro Orlando JudoKai is a Judo Club dedicated to the practice & promotion of Kodokan Judo.  Our Teaching Staff includes two nationally certified Judo Coaches & Instructors,  a former US Women's Olympic Judo Team Manager and the highest ranking female Judoka in Florida (6th Dan), former international competitors & national team members.  Our club is host to many Black Belts, including members who come from the US, Japan, Korea, Poland, and South America. Though our main focus is teaching Modern Competitive Sport Judo, we also teach Self-Defense, and Kodokan Judo Kata. So whether  you are interested in learning self-defense, or want to get into better shape, or  want to be a national or international Judo Competitor, Metro Orlando JudoKai can help you reach your goals! Come watch our training and  meet our Instructors, and you will see why we are considered Orlando's Premier Judo Club.  In addition to being active in Florida Judo, we are also active in the Central Florida Community (see our Club News page for some of our activities). We warmly welcome Judoka visting from other States or Countries. Come join us in Judo Training and Friendship.  We are a chartered Club with USA JUDO, and many of our Judoka also hold  membership with the United States Judo Federation as well.  Our only interest is in the practice of Kodokan Judo, not the practice of Judo politics.
